Knotty Dogs uses some of the information that you submit during your order and does everything possible to protect that data. Please note, we do not keep records of your payment details (card numbers etc).

This information is needed to process your order predominantly and obtain payment for your items. We will also use it for our record keeping and to improve what we do and how we do it making sure you get the best service.  It really helps us to know what you are buying so we can make sure that we have plenty of stock and related products which my be of interest to you. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
